The Sierra Leone Development Encyclopaedia is produced annually by the Development Assistance Coordination Office (DACO) in the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development. The 2023 Development Encyclopaedia provides a snapshot of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Development Partners and Local Councils. It also provides information on investment opportunities, Commercial Banks and both National and International Non-Governmental Organisations in Sierra Leone.
The Development Encyclopaedia is a useful tool for researchers, development partners, investors, and diplomats as it offers basic and current information on the Government and development stakeholders in Sierra Leone, as well as helpful contacts and websites.
This Encyclopaedia contains information sourced from the various MDAs and organisations as at 15th October, 2023. DACO assumes no responsibility for the illegal distributions of any material sent by organisations for inclusion on this website.
