MINSTRY OF INFORMATION AND CIVIL EDUCATION (MOICE)
The Ministry of Information and Civic Education provides policy guidance and strategic direction over the Education and Civic landscape through strategic coordination of information, civic education, and citizens’ engagement to ensure effective and efficient service delivery to the people of Sierra Leone.
VISION:
To have a nation that is well informed about the activities of Government and thus educating its citizens about their constitutional rights and responsibilities for a cohesive nation.
MISSION:
To bridge the communication gap between Government and citizens and provide the enabling environment that will foster informed and engaged citizens thereby contributing to a more cohesive, responsible, and participatory society through civic engagement that contributes to the socio-economic development of the country.
