 SIERRA LEONE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (SLCAA)
The Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA) is the sole civil aviation regulatory body in Sierra Leone.
It was established in 2008. By virtue of the Civil Aviation Act, 2023, the Authority is an autonomous body with power not only to regulate Aviation Safety and security without political interference but to also carry out oversight functions of Airports, Airspace, Meteorological Services, as well as economic regulations of the industry.

Provide a sustainable world-class civil aviation regulatory oversight system in Sierra Leone.
MISSION
Build a safe, secure, effective, efficient and environmentally friendly Civil Aviation System in Sierra Leone.
