 STATISTICS SIERRA LEONE (SSL)
Statistics Sierra Leone is a body corporate responsible for the collection, compilation, analysis, and dissemination of official and other statistics and provides for related matters. These statistics will be used to assist informed decision-making, and discussion within government, business, and the media, as well as the wider national and international community.
VISION
The Vision of Statistics Sierra Leone is to create a viable National Statistical System (NSS) with Statistics Sierra Leone at the centre for the coordination, production, dissemination and accreditation of official statistics to support evidence-based decision-making processes at both policy and planning levels.
MISSION
The mission of Statistics Sierra Leone is to coordinate, collect, compile, analyse and disseminate high-quality and best-practiced official statistics to assist informed decision-making, and discussion within the government, business, and the media, as well as the wider national and international community.
