CATHOLIC RELIEF SERVICES (CRS)

 

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) started work in Sierra Leone in 1963. During the 1970s and 1980s, CRS supported education projects as well as health centers for mothers and children. After the war CRS shifted their focus to Humanitarian response supporting displaced populations throughout the country with food, medicine, clothing, shelter and household items. 

 

Currently, CRS is implementing project in Bo, Koinadugu, and Bombali in the Education, Justice, Security and Human Right with the focus of increasing equal participation of all citizen in politics, rule of Law to ensure access for justice at an affordable means. CRS has operational offices in KSS Compound, Kabala, Pastoral Center, Makeni, Pastoral Center, Bo.
